Working in media production as we do everyday, we were thrilled to get the opportunity to create a campaign for Sandisk – a brand that is embedded in our own daily workflows.

Introducing Memory Man – a curious robot who arrived in China on a human creator study. The campaign called for two films with infinite possibilities. When we approached Hangzhou Director Kui to collaborate, he didn’t just make a film, he built a world.

Part I: The Film
Kui took the essence of Memory Man and wove it into a narrative that is deeply personal, emotionally raw, and packed with the quirky surprises only he can deliver. It’s cinema that lives on as a feeling and sure to bring a tear to the eye.

Part II: The Making of
But we didn’t stop there. We flipped the script on traditional content creation. While Kui was crafting his masterpiece, we captured the chaos, the genius, and the vulnerability behind the lens, not as a “Behind the Scenes” extra, but as a standalone campaign film.

The future of content isn’t just about the final product; it’s about the process and emotional resonance. By giving the artist complete creative freedom and simultaneously documenting their journey, we created a 360-degree narrative. One film lets you fall in love with the story; the other lets you fall in love with the storyteller.

Beyond “influencer marketing”, this is creator-first storytelling — where the creator becomes a co-author of the brand’s story.
