Celebrating 60 years since the founding of the brand, Ports FW21 takes on the sixties with this stylized shoot featuring iconic design themes throughout the campaign. To create the mood, Central Studios paired this iconic fashion brand with seminal pieces of design history.

The 1960s was an era of radical change, breaking conventions and challenging existing ideas on life and culture. Looking for an international feel, we couldn’t find the right solution in China. It was a natural choice to look Down Under as we partnered up with amazing Photographer / Director Juli Balla, who made full use of the stunning locations, great models and bright Aussie light.

For Ports FW21 main campaign, the location was the iconic Killara House by Harry Seidler, showcasing modernist design pieces and the unique construction materials of the house, paired with a dreamy vintage Porsche.

Unable to travel, the shoot was a full remote production. Distance and separation proved no obstacle for our team. Our CS producers and creatives were able to fully supervise from the comfort of our Shanghai studios while the Aussie production crew worked to create these vibrant images and videos. The soundtrack was produced by Nicolas Leau also remotely working from Mexico.
